Using gift cards on Georg Jensen’s webshop
Adding to their existing webshop, I helped Georg Jensen incorporate the option of paying with gift cards. This case study underlines my abilities to use existing design systems as well as designing UX and UI with a not-so-clear solution.
The work was done while working at the creative consultancy Make.

What I did
The task was to come up with a smooth customer experience letting the user add up to three gift cards at each payment as well as being able to check current balances for each gift card. This was added with one prompt at a time making it as seamless as possible, still providing the users with needed information.
The gift card option was added as a separate payment method although still designing it alike the existing payment methods. As the gift card payment method is optional and can be combined with others, this was designed with a check mark.
